Ownership of Merchant Personal Data. Any Merchant Personal Data, in any reconfigured format, shall at all times be and remain the sole property of Merchant or the Merchant Parties, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Merchant. Any use of Merchant Personal Data and/or Customer Data is limited to the sole purpose expressly authorized by the Agreement and this DPA.
