Common use of Ownership of Metering Equipment Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Metering Equipment. 8.1.1 The Company shall design, finance, construct, install and commission the Primary Metering System and transfer it to JPS who shall own, operate and maintain the Primary Metering System in accordance with Schedule 5. 8.1.2 The Company shall design, finance, construct, install, Commission, own, operate and maintain the Backup Metering System pursuant to Schedule 5. 8.1.3 The metering points for both the Primary and Backup Metering System shall be at the high voltage side of the Company’s step up transformer that connects the Complex to the JPS Grid.
