Ownership of Proprietary Rights. (1) SUPPLIER recognizes that DISTRIBUTOR is the owner of certain brand names, trademarks, trade names, logos and other intellectual property, including the VWR Marks, connoting DISTRIBUTOR which are proprietary to DISTRIBUTOR and which DISTRIBUTOR may elect to use in the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of the Products, and that SUPPLIER has no right or interest in or to any of such intellectual property.
