User Group. ActaMed will establish a user group, to consult on priorities and provide direction to ActaMed on system initiatives, which will include representation from SBCL, Automated Providers and payers. At regular intervals not less frequently than annually ActaMed will solicit user suggestions, input and feedback regarding the Network.

User Group. Parties can form a user group. This is a guiding commission that observes the optimal implementation of the ICON project and the valorisation of the Foreground. The user group shall be formed by members who belong to the relevant economical target group(s). Each Party has the right to propose one member. The other Parties can refuse a proposed member if their Legitimate Interests were to encounter a disproportionate loss. The user group shall give advice concerning the progress of the ICON project and the possibility to valorise the developed Foreground, as agreed in the user group agreement. For this purpose the user group has the right to view the developed Foreground, taken into account the conditions of the user group agreement.

User Group. Hawaiian shall obtain automatic membership in SDT's AIRMAX-TM- User Group that will meet regularly with the specific objective of exchanging ideas relating to AIRMAX-TM-. The costs associated with participation at User Group meetings, and other related costs, will be borne by the individual members of the User Group.
User Group. A unit or program within a Data Recipient authorized to access information from Data Provider data source systems. Access is based upon the undisputed or approval of a Business Use Case Proposal. Access shall be consistent with the undisputed or approved Business Use Case Proposal(s).
