OWNERSHIP OF REGULATORY. Filings—All Regulatory Filings, including but not limited to approved Marketing Authorization Applications and Investigational New Drug Applications relating to Product shall be owned by SEPRACOR and remain with SEPRACOR. Nothing in this Agreement should be construed as transferring ownership of Regulatory Filings at any time to 3M.
