Ownership of Trail. The Municipality and the Forest Preserve agree that the Trail Connection will be the property of the Forest Preserve. Forest Preserve rules and regulations shall be applicable with respect to the use of said Trail Connection.

Ownership of Trail. Owner acknowledges that the improvement of the Trail shall remain the Owner’s sole and exclusive property, subject to removal at the option of the City. Owner shall be responsible for all maintenance of the Trail as determined by the City, including but not limited to, snow/ice removal, asphalt repaving, crack filling, and removal of any vegetation. If Owner fails to comply with its obligations under this Section, the City may make any improvements or repairs as determined by the City at Owner’s expense.

  • Ownership of Data All Data transmitted to the Operator pursuant to the Service Agreement is and will continue to be the property of and under the control of the LEA.
