Ownership Responsibilities, Costs and Liabilities. The Buyer, its successors, liens, or assigns, retains all responsibilities and shall bear all costs and liabilities of any kind related to the ownership, operation, upkeep and maintenance of the Protected Property. The Buyer, its successors, liens, or assigns, agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any and all costs or liability for any personal injury or property damage occurring on or related to the Protected Property or the existence of this Conservation Easement.

The CITY shall designate in writing a project coordinator to act as the CITY's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement (the "Project Coordinator").
