Future Economic Condition. In conveying this Conservation Easement the Buyer has considered the possibility that uses of the Protected Property prohibited by this Conservation Easement may in the future become more economically valuable than uses permitted by this Conservation Easement and that neighboring properties may be put entirely to such prohibited uses. Such changes are not deemed to be circumstances justifying the extinguishment of this Conservation Easement as otherwise set forth above.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire.
