Common use of Oxford’s Support Obligations Clause in Contracts

Oxford’s Support Obligations. Upon notice by the Customer, Oxford shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fix errors in the functioning of certain Software that cause it to function other than in accordance with its applicable functional specification included in the Software Documentation. Oxford reserves the right, but is not obligated, to provide additional support at no additional cost, or for a fee to be agreed mutually by the Parties.
