Oxygen revenue. ‌ Oxygen is a by-product of DME production and could be used for other purposes. Oxygen might be required in large quantities in the future, for instance for oxyfuel processes, which could be essential for the decarbonization of industrial sectors. It can also be used for waste water treatment. Today, oxygen is mostly produced as a by-product of air separation units, which yields nitrogen oxides and inert gases. Potentially, oxygen could be captured and sold, leading to a reduction of costs for DME production. The economic value of oxygen is uncertain. Thus, the levelized costs are calculated as a function of a possible oxygen revenue (Figure 16). Even for small oxygen revenues the costs can be reduced. Finding synergies between industrial processes could potentially be very beneficial for the economic performance of the large- scale system. This is in particular of relevance due to the base load character of the large-scale system.

  • Current Revenue The funds distributed hereunder shall be paid solely from lawfully available funds of the SEDC. Under no circumstances shall the obligations hereunder be deemed to create any debt within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory provision. None of the obligations under this Agreement shall be pledged or otherwise encumbered in favor of any commercial lender and/or similar financial institution.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • THIRD-PARTY REVENUE Subrecipient shall make every reasonable effort to obtain all available reimbursement from third parties (e.g., insurers), for which persons served hereunder may be eligible. All such third-party reimbursements received by Subrecipient shall be reported to County in the format required by County. The amount of such third-party reimbursements shall be deducted from County’s maximum obligation hereunder.

  • Gross Revenue 16.1.1 For the purposes of this PPP Agreement and its Schedules, Gross Revenue shall be defined as:

  • ESTIMATED QUANTITIES 1.1 The quantities set forth in the line items and specification document are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for the contract period.

  • Allowable Costs Allowable Costs are restricted to costs that comply with the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) and applicable state and federal rules and law. The Parties agree that all the requirements of the UGMS apply to this Contract, including the criteria for Allowable Costs.   • SHRINKAGE Seller will retain 3% of all volumes delivered to Seller on Xxxxx's behalf for shrinkage and line losses. The volumes retained by Seller will not create or contribute to an imbalance. Seller reserves the right to adjust the shrinkage factor, up or down, to account for actual line losses. Xxxxxx agrees to give Buyer thirty (30) days written notice of any adjustment.

  • Current Revenues Under Texas law, a contract with a governmental entity that contains a claim against future revenues is void; therefore, each party paying for the performance of governmental functions or services must make those payments from current revenues available to the paying party.

  • XXXXX CASH 21 CONTRACTOR is authorized to establish a xxxxx cash fund in an amount not 22 to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.
