Common use of P ast Practices Clause in Contracts

P ast Practices. Any and all agreements, written and verbal, previously entered into between the parties hereto are mutually cancelled and superseded by this Agreement. Unless specifically provided herein to the contrary, past practices of any nature whether operational or employee benefit shall not be binding on the Employer. The Employer will not make any changes in past practices or employee benefit that would have the effect of discriminating solely against members of the bargaining unit. The Employer will communicate any changes in past practices, or employee benefit to the staff in advance of the change.
