P & C. The Price, terms and conditions of the sale are to be kept strictly private and confidential by all parties concerned. However, should the details of the sale become known or reported in the market, neither the Buyers nor the Sellers shall have the right to cancel this Agreement. Except that certain terms and conditions of this transaction will be publicly disclosed and disseminated as required by S.E.C., NASDAQ, BSE and SEBI rules and regulations.
