P EDIATRIC DENTAL BENEFITS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS. 18.1 Provision of Pediatric Dental Services and Benefits. AvMed has arranged for the delivery of pediatric dental services and Benefits for Covered Dependent children from birth through the end of the calendar year in which they turn 19, to be administered by Delta Dental Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as “Delta Dental”).
