Pacific Crest Person to Person Fees. There is no fee from us to use the PTPP Service. However, if we process a transfer in accordance with your Instructions that overdraws your Pacific Crest Account with us, we may assess a fee or charge interest for any such overdraft in accordance with the terms of your Deposit Account Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to pay any transfer request unless it is drawn against available funds credited to the designated Pay From Account. You will be responsible for paying any telephone company or utility charges and/or Internet access service fees incurred while using telephone lines and/or Internet access services to connect with the PTPP Service. Fees are subject to change from time to time upon notice to you as may be required by law. The following additional terms apply whenever you use the PTPP Service to send transfers from a consumer deposit account registered via the PTPP Service. A consumer account is one that is used primarily for personal, family or household purposes; all other accounts are business accounts. If you perform transactions from business accounts registered through the PTPP Service, please refer to the paragraphs beginning with “ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE PTPP SERVICE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS” for additional terms applicable to business transactions. Network Bank Accounts are subject to the terms of the agreement of the Network Bank.

  • DUES DEDUCTIONS AND REPRESENTATION FEES 1.1 All bargaining unit members may voluntarily join the Association, however no bargaining unit member shall be required to do so. Employees opting to join the Association will sign a membership form authorizing deduction of membership dues and other assessments required for membership. The District, upon receipt of authorization from an employee, will deduct from the employee’s salary each pay period the dues amount set by the Association and provided to the District Payroll Office. Deductions for employees submitting authorization after the commencement of the school year shall commence in the first possible pay period following such authorization. The district will transmit all dues deduction funds to the account or entity specified by the Association on a monthly basis. Authorizations in effect prior to July 1, 2018 and authorizations provided by employees hired after that date will be on a continuing basis from year to year, unless withdrawn in writing to the Washington Education Association through the established process. The District shall not discontinue dues collection for any employee until receiving confirmation of completion of the aforementioned process through WEA.

  • Taxes and Fees Imposed Directly On Either Providing Party or Purchasing Party 11.2.1 Taxes and fees imposed on the providing Party, which are not permitted or required to be passed on by the providing Party to its customer, shall be borne and paid by the providing Party.

  • RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS Residence accommodations, including bedroom space, shared common areas (such as living rooms and bathrooms) and shared community facilities (such as floor community rooms and laundries) may only be occupied by the resident to whom the room is assigned. Residence accommodations shall not be shared with any other individual not officially assigned to that residence by UCF DHRL, and may not be sublet, assigned, or in any way transferred by the Student.

  • DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES The employer shall deduct union fees from the wages and salaries of members of the union when authorised in writing by members. The employer will forward the monies with the names and the individual amounts deducted to the union.
