Common use of Pacific White-sided Dolphins Clause in Contracts

Pacific White-sided Dolphins. Recently, the number of Pacific white-sided dolphins has been increasing in coastal waters, particularly in the Strait of Xxxx xx Xxxx and sounds of northern Washington. Groups of 10 to 50 individuals are frequently sighted throughout the region, and larger groups form temporarily. Off of the coast, Pacific white-sided dolphins have been seen primarily in shelf and slope waters, and sightings suggest seasonal north-south movements, with animals found primarily off California during the colder water months and shifting northward into Oregon and Washington as water temperatures increase in late spring and summer. No long- term trends in abundance or net productivity rates are available.
