Pacifica. Pacifica may terminate this Agreement at any time, if in Pacifica’s sole discretion, it determines that termination would be in the best interest of Pacifica for reasons it articulates in writing to the student. In that event, Pacifica may refund to you an amount in accordance with Section G.
