Packaging Material. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Facility Addendum, Customer shall determine and be responsible for the text (including any logos or other graphics) for all packaging material used in connection with Product. Manufacturer shall assure that all packaging materials are accurate and consistent with Customer’s specifications for such text or graphics, including such matters as placement, size and colors. Manufacturer shall promptly notify Customer of any errors or deficiencies in such provided packaging materials.
Packaging Material. Unless required by Law no changes may be made by XXX to the packaging material for any Product without the prior written consent of WCCI. If changes are required by Law XXX shall consult with WCCI prior to the implementation of such changes.
Packaging Material. Whether packaging materials are provided by Buyer or sourced by Manufacturer on Buyer’s behalf, it is understood that such amounts shall include, at Buyer’s expense, an allowance for scrap, which shall have the effect of increasing the gross requirements to compensate for expected loss of such materials during manufacturing. Specifically, corrugated shall have a scrap factor of [**], and film shall have a scrap factor of [**]. Scrap factors for other materials shall be as mutually agreed by the parties.

Packaging Material a. Buyer must supply the artwork for the labels, according to specifications given by Seller to ensure proper labeling during production.
b. The cost of the labels will be included in the product purchase price if the order is 2 pallets or more per product, otherwise, Seller can provide the printing service but the label cost will be charged to Buyer's account.

Packaging Material. In order to protect the resources and in the spirit of economic efficiency, we do environmentally friendly dispose of packaging material, not accruing in the end-user segment. In order to avoid the environmental impact generated by packaging material, we do sustain a system of reusable package to this effect.
