Common use of Packaging – Packing Clause in Contracts

Packaging – Packing. The products will be protected by packaging which is appropriate for resistance to the transport method used. All deliveries must be made in packaging stipulated by SEPHORA and, in the absence of a stipulation, in accordance with the norms and standards in force. Unless the packaging is supplied by SEPHORA, the Supplier will pay for any damage which occurs up until the goods arrive at the place of delivery and/or any shortage which is attributable to inadequate or defective packaging, and the Supplier will replace the damaged and/or missing products at its own cost under the terms of the purchase order, as soon as possible.
