PAID ASSISTANCE FOR MOVING A bargaining. unit member (a) whom the District involuntarily transfers to another school site after the 34 first student instructional day; (b) who has been displaced and is returning 35 to his/her original school site after the first student instructional day; or (c) 36 who was released from employment pursuant to a Reduction in Force, who 37 accepted a temporary assignment and accepts re-employment to a 1 permanent or probationary assignment after the first student instructional 2 day shall, upon request, be provided assistance in moving his/her personal 3 and classroom materials and receive one (1) day of student free preparation 4 time, and receive up to sixteen (16) hours compensation, paid at the current 5 hourly rate; (d) If a bargaining unit member’s class is involuntarily moved 6 from one location to another location within the same work site, he/she shall 7 be provided assistance in moving his/her personal and classroom materials 8 and will receive up to sixteen (16) hours compensation, paid at the current 9 hourly rate.
