Common use of Paid Family Responsibility Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Family Responsibility Leave. An employee shall be granted up to a maximum of three (3) working days of paid leave to carry out family responsibilities, such as, but not limited to sickness, medical appointments/treatment, legal appointments, school appointments. Family member is identified as child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, spouse, partner, sister/brother, in-laws, dependent or legal guardian. The time can be taken in half days.
