Paid Leave Indebtedness at Termination of Service. Any paid leave advanced to terminating unit members will be deducted from the unit member’s earned salary upon termination of service with the Board. Any terminating unit member who is not due to receive any earned salary will be billed for the full amount of any remaining indebtedness.
