Paper Release. Paper release forms are strongly discouraged, but may be needed in certain circumstances. Note that you will need to be able to print, sign, and scan the document within your institution, and your school will be responsible for transportation, storage and document destruction. Institutions that use paper releases are responsible for scanning the signed release within 30 days.

  • Retirement Seminar Release Time 222. Subject to development, availability and scheduling by SFERS and PERS, employees shall be allowed not more than one day during the life of this CBA to attend a pre-retirement planning seminar sponsored by SFERS or PERS. All such seminars must be located within the Bay Area.

  • Paper Record Search If the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable databases include fields for and capture all of the information described in subparagraph D.3. of this section, then no further paper record search is required. If the electronic databases do not capture all of this information, then with respect to High Value Accounts, the Reporting Financial Institution must also review the current customer master file and, to the extent not contained in the current customer master file, the following documents associated with the account and obtained by the Reporting Financial Institution within the last five years for any of the indicia described in subparagraph B.1. of this section:

  • Release of Claims In return for the benefits conferred under the Employment Agreement and this Agreement (which Employee acknowledges Company has no legal obligation to provide if Employee does not enter into this Agreement), Employee, on behalf of Employee and Employee's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby releases and forever discharges Company and its past, present and future affiliates, future parent companies, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors and assigns, and each of their past, present and future shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers, from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, disputes, liabilities or damages, of any kind, which may now exist or hereafter may be discovered, specifically including, but not limited to, any and all claims, disputes, actions, causes of action, liabilities or damages, arising from or relating to Employee's employment with Company, or the termination of such employment, except for any claim for payment or performance pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims that Employee might have for reemployment or reinstatement or for additional compensation or benefits and applies to claims that Employee might have under either federal, state or local law dealing with employment, contract, tort, wage and hour, or civil rights matters, including, but not limited to, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, similar state laws, and any regulations under such laws. This release shall not affect any accrued rights Employee may have under any medical insurance, workers compensation or retirement plan because of Employee's prior employment with Company. EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THROUGH THIS RELEASE EMPLOYEE IS GIVING UP ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, CONTINGENT OR LIQUIDATED, THAT EMPLOYEE MAY HAVE AGAINST COMPANY AND THE OTHER PERSONS NAMED ABOVE, EXCEPT FOR THE RIGHTS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED ABOVE.

  • Paid Release Time Employees will be provided a reasonable amount of time during their normal working hours to meet with the union xxxxxxx and/or staff representative to process a grievance. In addition, employees will be released during their normal working hours to attend meetings or hearings scheduled by management for the following:

  • Photographic/Recording Release I hereby grant and convey unto the Released Parties all right, title and interest in any and all photographs and video/audio/electronic recordings of me, including as to my name, image and voice, made by or on behalf of any of the Released Parties during my Activities with the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, the right to use such materials for any purpose and to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from them. I understand that I will not have any ownership interest in or to such photographs, images and/or recordings, I have not been provided or promised any compensation to me, and I hereby waive any rights, privileges or claims based on any right of publicity, privacy, ownership or any other rights arising, relating to or resulting from the photographs, images and/or recordings. I understand and agree that this paragraph also applies to my minor child(ren) who are volunteering.

  • Union Release Time The appointing authority may grant to elected officers or appointed representatives of the Union time off for employee organization representation activities. No more than one employee in a department or Bureau of the Department of Public Works with a total of no more than six employees for all bargaining units (4, 14, 15 & 18) shall be allowed release time under this article.

  • Plaintiff’s Release Plaintiff and his or her respective former and present spouses, representatives, agents, attorneys, heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns generally, release and discharge Released Parties from all claims, transactions, or occurrences that occurred during the Class Period, including, but not limited to: (a) all claims that were, or reasonably could have been, alleged, based on the facts contained, in the Operative Complaint and (b) all PAGA claims that were, or reasonably could have been, alleged based on facts contained in the Operative Complaint, Plaintiff’s PAGA Notice, or ascertained during the Action and released under 6.2, below.   • Information Release a. Grantee shall keep and maintain public records required by DEO to perform Grantee’s responsibilities hereunder. Grantee shall, upon request from DEO’s custodian of public records, provide DEO with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time per the cost structure provided in chapter 119, F.S., and in accordance with all other requirements of chapter 119, F.S., or as otherwise provided by law. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Grantee shall transfer, at no cost, to DEO all public records in possession of Grantee or keep and maintain public records required by DEO to perform the service. If the Grantee keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the Agreement, the Grantee shall meet all applicable requirements for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be provided to DEO, upon request from the DEO’s custodian of records, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of DEO.

  • Association Release Time Subd. 1. The Employer and the Association agree that the release of an ASF Member from normal job duties to perform other service shall be governed as follows:

  • Data Security and Unauthorized Data Release The Requester and Approved Users, including the Requester’s IT Director, acknowledge NIH’s expectation that they have reviewed and agree to manage the requested controlled-access dataset(s) and any Data Derivatives of controlled-access datasets according to NIH’s expectations set forth in the current NIH Security Best Practices for Controlled-Access Data Subject to the GDS Policy and the Requester’s IT security requirements and policies. The Requester, including the Requester’s IT Director, agree that the Requester’s IT security requirements and policies are sufficient to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the NIH controlled-access data entrusted to the Requester. If approved by NIH to use cloud computing for the proposed research project, as outlined in the Research and Cloud Computing Use Statements of the Data Access Request, the Requester acknowledges that the IT Director has reviewed and understands the cloud computing guidelines in the NIH Security Best Practices for Controlled-Access Data Subject to the NIH GDS Policy. The Requester and PI agree to notify the appropriate DAC(s) of any unauthorized data sharing, breaches of data security, or inadvertent data releases that may compromise data confidentiality within 24 hours of when the incident is identified. As permitted by law, notifications should include any known information regarding the incident and a general description of the activities or process in place to define and remediate the situation fully. Within 3 business days of the DAC notification, the Requester agrees to submit to the DAC(s) a detailed written report including the date and nature of the event, actions taken or to be taken to remediate the issue(s), and plans or processes developed to prevent further problems, including specific information on timelines anticipated for action. The Requester agrees to provide documentation verifying that the remediation plans have been implemented. Repeated violations or unresponsiveness to NIH requests may result in further compliance measures affecting the Requester. All notifications and written reports of data security incidents and policy compliance violations should be sent to the DAC(s) indicated in the Addendum to this Agreement. NIH, or another entity designated by NIH may, as permitted by law, also investigate any data security incident or policy violation. Approved Users and their associates agree to support such investigations and provide information, within the limits of applicable local, state, tribal, and federal laws and regulations. In addition, Requester and Approved Users agree to work with the NIH to assure that plans and procedures that are developed to address identified problems are mutually acceptable and consistent with applicable law.
