Complete Release definition

Complete Release means each of the following conditions having been satisfied:
Complete Release. That Guarantor has been fully and completely released from any liability under the Guaranty, the Participation Agreement and any other Operative Documents to which it is a party and the Sublandlord shall have been fully and completely released from all liability under the Master Lease and the other Operative Documents to which it is a party.
