Common use of Papers Clause in Contracts

Papers. All correspondence, memoranda, notes, records, reports, plans and other papers and items received or made by the Officer in connection with his or her duties hereunder shall be the property of the Companies, and the Officer shall not have any property rights to such items when he or she is no longer an employee of the Companies.
