Common use of Papers Clause in Contracts

Papers. All correspondence, memoranda, notes, records, reports, drawings, lists, photographs, plans and other papers and items received or made by Employee in connection with his employment by Company shall be the property of Company. Employee shall deliver all such materials, all copies thereof in whatever form stored, and all other Company property to Company upon request of Company, and in any event upon cessation of his employment with the Company for any reason, even if Company does not request.
