Paragraph 5. 1.2.1. shall not apply to a vehicle in respect of which both of the following conditions are satisfied, i.e.: 5.1.3.2.1. the vehicle is so designed and constructed that no device designed to control the emission of gaseous pollutants shall be adversely affected by leaded petrol, and; 5.1.3.2.2. the vehicle is conspicuously, legibly and indelibly marked with the symbol for unleaded petrol, specified in ISO 2575:1982, in a position immediately visible to a person filling the petrol tank. Additional markings are permitted.
