Paraprofessionals/Aides. A. Employees included in the Paraprofessional Classification are Educational Paraprofessional, Health Paraprofessional, Specialized Paraprofessionals, and Library/Media Paraprofessional.
Paraprofessionals/Aides. A. Workday: The length of the workday of paraprofessionals/ aides will be determined by the worksite supervisor. A good faith effort will be made to provide no less than four (4) hours per day for each paraprofessional/aide. B. Daily Hours: The starting and ending times for each paraprofessional/aide's working day during the school year shall be determined by the principal after discussion with the paraprofessional/aide. C. Work Year: The normal work year for paraprofessionals/aides will be no less than 186 days. Paraprofessionals will be notified of the tentative number of work days for the coming school year by the end of post planning.
