Discontinuance of Sick Leave Bank. If it becomes necessary to terminate the Sick Leave Bank, unused sick leave in the Bank will be distributed in the following manner:
Discontinuance of Sick Leave Bank. The Board and the Association agree that discontinuance of the sick leave bank shall not be automatic until six (6) months after membership has fallen to less than twenty percent (20%) of people eligible to participate, in which case the sick leave bank shall be declared terminated as of September 1 of the succeeding year.
