Parcel E-2. Notwithstanding anything in this DDA to the contrary, Developer understands and agrees that, as set forth in the Interagency Cooperation Agreement, the Agency shall not accept ownership of Parcel E-2 from the Navy unless and until Parcel E-2 has been remediated to the highest practicable level.
