Parent Code of Conduct. First United Methodist Preschool of Upland requires the parents of enrolled children always, to behave in a manner consistent with decency, courtesy, and respect. One of the goals of our Preschool is to provide the most appropriate environment in which a child can grow, learn and develop. Achieving this ideal environment is not only the responsibility of the employees of our Preschool but is the responsibility of each parent or adult who enters the center. Parents are required to behave in a manner that fosters this ideal environment.
