Common use of Parent Xxxx of Rights Clause in Contracts

Parent Xxxx of Rights. The Contractor agrees to comply with the BOE Parents’ Xxxx of Rights for Data Privacy and Security, attached hereto as Attachment C. The Contractor shall complete the Supplemental Information section of Attachment C, and append it to this Agreement. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the BOE shall make Contractor’s Supplemental Information public, including but not limited to posting it on the BOE’s website.
