Common use of PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY Clause in Contracts

PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. The Licensee shall provide, upon request and at the Licensee's cost, Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets.

PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. The Licensee shall provideprovide Subscribers, upon request and at the Licensee's costrequest, Subscribers with the capability to control (i.e., filter or restrict) the reception of any channels capable of being received on their television sets.

PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. The Licensee shall provide, upon request and at the Licensee's costrequest, Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets. Where Converters are utilized, there shall be no charge for such parental control capability. The Licensee shall advise potential Subscribers of the availability of such parental control capability in all sales promotions.

The Licensee shall provide, upon request and at the Licensee's costrequest, Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets. Pursuant to applicable law(s), the Licensee shall provide annual notices to Subscribers regarding such capability.
