PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. (a) Upon request, and at no separate, additional charge, the Licensee shall provide Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channel on the Cable Communications System. (b) The Issuing Authority acknowledges that the parental control capability may be part of a converter box and the Licensee may charge Subscriber for use of said box.
