Common use of Parental Status Clause in Contracts

Parental Status. At the execution of this Agreement, the Applicant asserts she is not now pregnant. The Applicant also attests she is not a custodial parent or the adoptive parent of any child, nor will she become a parent, or the adoptive parent of any child, during her titleholder term. The Applicant understands that if she becomes pregnant or becomes a parent/ or the adoptive parent of a child during her titleholder term, she is no longer eligible to participate or compete in any Local, State, or National Competition or continue as a Titleholder.
