Common use of PARKING AND ROADWAY Clause in Contracts

PARKING AND ROADWAY. 6.1. The Owner shall, at its own expense, construct and at all times maintain parking facilities on the lands in accordance with Schedule B attached hereto, and to the specifications and design as approved by the Director of Community and Development Services. The surface treatment of all parking areas shall be as indicated on Schedule B attached hereto.

Shared access for internal roadways and parking amongst the three Parts that form the Village Centre Site Plan shall be maintained and regulated via easement or reciprocal agreements registered on title.
