Car Parking Sample Clauses
Car Parking. The Hirer is responsible for the supervison of the Car Park and safe parking on the adjacent highway. The Hall Committee will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
Car Parking. C.1.1. The Principal may allocate car parking spaces in the High Court of Australia car park for use by the Contractor.
C.1.2. The Contractor must ensure that any car parking spaces used are kept clean and tidy at all times to the satisfaction of the Principal.
C.1.3. At no time must the Contractor park any vehicles on the Site or on any other part of the podium at the entrance to the High Court of Australia unless the prior approval of the Principal‟s Representative has been obtained.
Car Parking. 12.1. Only the Tenant or persons acting for them shall be permitted to bring cars onto the site and they must be parked not obstruct the haulage ways or any other Tenant at anytime.

Car Parking. Subject to the payment of Car Parking Rent in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, the use of up to 70 car parking spaces, such number to be determined in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, for the parking of private cars and/or motorbikes belonging to the Tenant or any other permitted occupier or their employees or visitors on a 24-hour basis 365 days a year within the numbered spaces to be determined by the Landlord (acting reasonably) and notified to the Tenant from time to time (the "Car Parking").

2. Parking restrictions may apply in Centre car parks and on-street. It is the responsibility of Hirers to ensure they are abiding by the set restrictions for the area.
Car Parking. Car parking areas are small so please park with consideration. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the respective car park is left in a neat and tidy condition. The Council reserves the right to withhold the deposit if these conditions are not met. Cars parked in the car park are at the Hirer’s risk.
Car Parking. All employees who are required by the Employer to use their own cars for the Employer’s business shall be provided with free parking facilities or shall be reimbursed for the cost of parking where such parking facilities are not available.
