Car Parking. You will not be entitled to apply for permit parking on the Campus unless you are entitled to an exemption from this policy.
Car Parking. 12.1. Only the Tenant or persons acting for them shall be permitted to bring cars onto the site and they must be parked not obstruct the haulage ways or any other Tenant at anytime.
Car Parking. Car parking is not available to students who live in Canterbury campus Accommodation (with some exceptions). This means that students who live in Becket Court, Darwin College, Eliot College, Keynes College, all Park Wood courts, Turing College, Tyler Court or Xxxxx College are not permitted to bring cars to the University of Kent or the City of Canterbury. Car Parking. (a) The Unit is sold with the number of Car Parking Spaces specified in Item 3. It is intended that the Car Parking Spaces shall either form part of the title to the Unit which shall be allocated at the sole discretion of the Seller.
(b) The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that there will be no visitor car parking separately allocated to the Units.
Car Parking. All employees who are required by the Employer to use their own cars for the Employer’s business shall be provided with free parking facilities or shall be reimbursed for the cost of parking where such parking facilities are not available.
Car Parking. 1. There is limited parking at the Centre. Hiring of any of the facilities does not guarantee that parking will always be available.
2. Parking restrictions may apply in Centre car parks and on-street. It is the responsibility of Hirers to ensure they are abiding by the set restrictions for the area.
Car Parking. The Hirer is responsible for the supervison of the Car Park and safe parking on the adjacent highway. The Hall Committee will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
Car Parking. C.1.1. The Principal may allocate car parking spaces in the High Court of Australia car park for use by the Contractor.
C.1.2. The Contractor must ensure that any car parking spaces used are kept clean and tidy at all times to the satisfaction of the Principal.
C.1.3. At no time must the Contractor park any vehicles on the Site or on any other part of the podium at the entrance to the High Court of Australia unless the prior approval of the Principal’s Representative has been obtained.
Car Parking. Car parking areas are small so please park with consideration. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the respective car park is left in a neat and tidy condition. The Council reserves the right to withhold the deposit if these conditions are not met. Cars parked in the car park are at the Hirer’s risk.
Car Parking. 7.23.1 To park private vehicle(s) only at the Premises.
7.23.2 To park in the space allocated to the Premises, if the Tenant is allocated a car parking space.
7.23.3 To park in the garage or the driveway to the Premises if applicable.
7.23.4 To keep any garage, driveway, or parking space free of oil and to pay for the removal and cleaning of any spillage caused by a vehicle of the Tenant, his family, contractors or visitors.
7.23.5 To remove all vehicles belonging to the Tenant, his family or visitors at the end of the Tenancy.
7.23.6 Not to park any vehicle at the Premises that is not in road worthy condition and fully taxed.
