Common use of Parking and Storage Areas Clause in Contracts

Parking and Storage Areas. (a) Tenant, its employees, and customers shall have the exclusive right to use 124 private parking spaces in the parking area serving the Premises (see attached Exhibit B). Such number includes all visitor spaces serving the Building. Tenant shall control the use of such parking spaces so that there will be no unreasonable interference with the normal traffic flow, and shall permit no parking on any landscaped or unpaved surface. Under no circumstances shall trucks serving the Premises be permitted to block streets.
