Parking and Storage Areas. 5.1 Tenant, its employees, and customers shall have the exclusive right to use any private parking spaces immediately adjacent to the Premises. Tenant shall control the use of such parking spaces so that there will be no unreasonable interference with the normal traffic flow, and shall permit no parking on any landscaped or unpaved surface. Under no circumstances shall trucks serving the Premises be permitted to block streets.
