Parking and Storage Areas. a) Tenant, its employees, and customers shall control the use of such parking spaces so that there will be no unreasonable interference with the normal traffic flow, and shall permit no parking on any landscaped or unpaved surface. Under no circumstances shall trucks serving the Premises be permitted to block streets. b) Tenant shall not store any materials, supplies, or equipment outside in any unapproved or unscreened area. If Tenant erects any visual barriers for storage areas, Landlord shall have the right to approve the design and location. Trash and garbage receptacles shall be kept covered at all times.
