Common use of Parking and Storage Clause in Contracts

Parking and Storage. A. Each County Vehicle, when left unattended, shall be locked with the brakes set. When not in use and whenever possible, each County Vehicle shall be stored and garaged off the street in a secure area. CONTRACTOR shall, at all times, take all reasonable and prudent steps to safeguard each County Vehicle and minimize exposure of the County Vehicle to damage, misuse, theft or vandalism.
