Common use of Parking Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Parking Restrictions. Prior to commencing work, the Contractor must provide the Deputy Commissioner in charge of the project with an estimate of the number of vehicles that will require parking. Contractors are encouraged to provide employee parking elsewhere and shuttle their employees to the work site. The Department of Aviation may, but is not required to, provide parking areas for a limited number of vehicles in designated storage areas. All other vehicles must be parked in the public parking lots at the Airport, and there will be no reduced rate or complimentary parking for such vehicles. Employees must not, at any time, park their personal automobiles, no matter how short the duration, in any drive, road, or any other non-parking lot location at the airport. Such vehicles will be subject to immediate towing at the employees expense.
