Parking Service. 8.1.1 A Shipper electing to store (park) Gas to its park account shall first obtain approval from the Transporter by requesting the quantity of Gas and Receipt Point(s) before nominating a quantity of Gas. The parking of such quantities of Gas shall be for a minimum of one (1) Day to the next Day. The maximum length of time the Gas may be left in the park account will be determined by the Transporter. All such quantities of Gas that are approved for parking shall be credited to the Shipper's park account.
8.1.2 A Shipper electing to withdraw (unpark) Gas from its park account shall first obtain approval from the Transporter by requesting the quantity of Gas and Delivery Point(s), which shall be the same point(s) as the Receipt Point(s) nominated under Section 8.1.1 of this Statement of Operating Conditions before nominating a quantity of Gas. All such quantities of Gas that are approved for withdrawal shall be deducted from the Shipper's park account.
8.1.3 In the event that the Service Agreement and applicable Confirmation have terminated, Transporter may require Shipper to withdraw all, or any portion of the Gas quantities parked by the Transporter within thirty (30) Days of Transporter's notice to Shipper. If Shipper fails to nominate for the withdrawal of the quantities specified by Transporter in its notice, Transporter shall take title to that portion of Shipper's parking account that Shipper was instructed to withdraw, free and clear of any adverse claims. Transporter's notice to Shipper may be verbal and in such case shall be followed by a written notice within five (5) business Days.
8.1.4 To protect and/or maintain the operational integrity of its pipeline system, Transporter may require the withdrawal of Gas in Shipper's park account upon twenty- four (24) hours' notice.
Parking Service. From time to time Shipper may request Transporter to provide a Parking service for quantities of Gas from or for the account of Shipper at the Parking Points and to return such Gas to Shipper to the Parking Points.

Parking Service. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Service Agreement (including Exhibit A hereto), High Point’s Rate Schedule PAL and the General Terms and Conditions of High Point’s FERC Gas Tariff, Shipper agrees to deliver or cause gas to be delivered to High Point and High Point agrees to (a) the receipt of a quantity of gas (“Parked Quantity”), equal to the Daily Quantity specified in Exhibit A, on behalf of Shipper at the applicable Point of Transaction (“PT”) on the System; (b) hold the Parked Quantity on the System; and (c) deliver, upon nomination by Shipper, the Parked Quantity to Shipper at the same PT. Shipper shall receive or deliver gas from or to High Point at the PT by delivering the scheduled volumes to or from a Service Agreement under Rate Schedule FTS or ITS. Shipper shall make any necessary arrangements with High Point or third parties to receive or deliver gas to High Point at the PT; provided, however, that such arrangements shall be compatible with the operating conditions of the System and shall provide for coordinated scheduling with High Point.
Parking Service. Parking Service is an interruptible service which provides for: (1) the receipt by Transporter of gas quantities delivered by Shipper to the pooling point; (2) Transporter holding the parked quantities on its system; and (3) the return of parked quantities to Shipper at the pooling point; provided, however, that Transporter is not obligated to return parked quantities on the same day that the gas is parked.
Parking Service. (a) This clause 2.7 applies if the Services in the Details include a Parking Service.
(b) Shipper may store quantities of Gas in a Pipeline, which in aggregate with Parked Gas then stored in a Pipeline on account of Shipper under this Agreement do not exceed the Parking Allowance, by causing a positive Imbalance to occur on a Day.
