APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. 2.1 This Rate Schedule shall apply to all IPS service rendered by Boardwalk Storage to Shipper at Boardwalk Storage's facilities located in Iberville Parish, Louisiana pursuant to an executed IPS Service Agreement. (a) IPS service rendered by Boardwalk Storage to Shipper under this Rate Schedule shall consist of the park, storage, and unpark and delivery of Shipper's gas, on an interruptible basis, by Boardwalk Storage. Service under this Rate Schedule includes: (i) The daily park of Shipper's gas per Shipper's nomination up to the Maximum Daily Park Quantity ("MDPQ") stated in Exhibit A of the IPS Service Agreement with Shipper, provided that all higher priority service nominations for park have been satisfied, that Shipper's Park Quantity is less than the Maximum Park Quantity set forth in Exhibit A of the IPS Service Agreement, and Shipper delivers the nominated quantity plus fuel reimbursement to the Point(s) of Receipt located on Boardwalk Storage's system, provided Shipper's Park Balance has not exceeded Shipper's Maximum Park Quantity; (ii) The storage of gas in amounts up to Shipper's Maximum Park Quantity provided that all high priority service storage needs have been satisfied; and (iii) The daily withdrawal and delivery of Xxxxxxx's gas per Xxxxxxx's nomination to the Point(s) of Delivery located on Boardwalk Storage's system up to Shipper's Maximum Daily Unpark Quantity ("MDUQ") stated in Exhibit A of the IPS Service Agreement with Shipper, provided that all high priority service nominations for unpark have been satisfied, and that Shipper has sufficient gas stored in Shipper's Park Balance. 2.2 To the extent storage capacity which is being utilized by an interruptible Shipper hereunder is needed by Boardwalk Storage in order to satisfy Boardwalk Storage's obligations to higher priority services, Boardwalk Storage shall require Shipper to unpark all, or any portion of, the IPS gas quantities held in storage by Boardwalk Storage for the account of Shipper as specified by Boardwalk Storage. Unless Boardwalk Storage otherwise agrees, Xxxxxxx shall be required to make ratable unparks. If Shipper fails to unpark such IPS Park Balance, then Boardwalk Storage may take, free and clear of any adverse claims, title to such IPS Park Balance as Shipper was instructed to unpark. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. (a) The objective of the Firm Service is to transport energy in the form of natural gas between the Inlet Point and the Outlet Point(s). (b) GGT will receive into the Pipeline from the User quantities of Gas up to the MDQ as specified in the Firm Service Order Form and MHQ at the Inlet Point and deliver from the Pipeline quantities of Gas up to the MDQ as specified in the Firm Service Order Form and MHQ at the Outlet Point(s). (c) The Outlet Point(s) shall be downstream of the Inlet Point where the direction of flow is defined by GGT. (d) The Firm Service will be provided on a firm basis and not be subject to curtailment or interruption except as provided in the Service Agreement.
APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. The Parking and Loaning Service provided under this Rate Schedule: (a) Shall apply to gas that is transported under a firm or interruptible Transportation Service Agreement and scheduled to Parking or Loaning under this Rate Schedule. (b) Shall be interruptible with the lowest priority of any service offered by Transporter. (c) Shall be provided only after all other transportation and storage service, including imbalance gas and Transporter's system requirements, are scheduled. (d) Shall, for parking service, consist of Transporter (i) accepting delivery of scheduled receipts into Shipper's parking account; (ii) holding the scheduled quantity of parked gas in its system under a parking account and (iii) making parked gas quantities available for a scheduled delivery off of Transporter's system, subject to the provisions of § 3(e) and (f) of this Rate Schedule. (e) Shall, for loaning service, consist of Transporter (i) making loaned gas quantities available for a scheduled delivery off of Transporter's system and (ii) accepting delivery of scheduled receipts as a return of previously loaned gas, subject to the conditions of §§ 3(e) and (f) of this Rate Schedule.
APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. (Continued) (c) The delivery of gas in thermally equivalent quantities after transportation (less any fuel use reimbursement furnished in-kind in accordance with Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions) by Transporter to Shipper or for the account of Shipper at the Delivery Point(s) specified in the executed Service Agreement.

APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. This schedule shall apply to gas transported by the Company for the customer pursuant to the executed service agreement. 2.1 The basic transportation service rendered under this schedule shall consist of: a. The receipt by the Company for the account of the customer of the customer’s gas at the Receipt Point(s); b. The transportation of gas through the Company’s system for the account of the customer; and
APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. 2.1 This Rate Schedule shall apply to quantities of natural gas for which Pipeline provides TTT service on behalf of TTT Party, subject to an executed MNTTT Agreement that conforms to the form of Agreement contained in this Tariff. TTT service is an administrative service, under which Pipeline provides TTT Party with the ability to submit nominations for Title Transfer Tracking transactions at any receipt location on Pipeline's system, provided that the point is covered by an active Operational Balancing Agreement. These receipt locations shall be referred to in this Rate Schedule TTT as "TTT Points". Upon receipt of a nomination from the TTT Party, Pipeline will process the nomination at the TTT Point as directed by the TTT Party. 2.2 TTT Party or its customers must arrange for transportation service in accordance with Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff under separate transportation Service Agreements (the "Subject Service Agreements"), for physical delivery of natural gas quantities subsequent to Title Transfers that are tracked pursuant to nominations under this Rate Schedule, or for additional TTT service under separate TTT Service Agreements. This Rate Schedule does not entitle TTT Party to transportation service under Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff separate from the entitlements under the Subject Service Agreements, nor does it entitle TTT Party to maintain imbalances on Pipeline's system. 2.3 Physical deliveries of the quantities of gas for which the title was tracked pursuant to this Rate Schedule shall be performed in accordance with provisions of the Subject Service Agreements and the terms of this FERC Gas Tariff. Quantities nominated under the TTT Service Agreement shall have the same scheduling priority as the Subject Service Agreement(s) used to physically transport the gas away from the TTT Point. 2.4 Nothing herein shall limit Pipeline's right to take action as may be required to adjust receipts of gas in order to alleviate conditions which threaten the integrity of its system, or the ability of Pipeline to transport firm quantities scheduled by any Customer, including actions taken pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. 3.1 The interruptible service provided hereunder permits Shipper to nominate gas, made available to Transporter by Shipper in connection with a Service Agreement under Rate Schedule FT-1, FT- 2 or IT-1, up to the Maximum Parked Quantity or Maximum Loaned Quantity, as applicable, set forth in the PAL Agreement, subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the further provisions of the PAL Agreement. The services provided hereunder shall be provided only after all other services offered by Transporter are scheduled and to the extent permitted by Transporter's system. Parking and Lending Services shall not impede Transporter's ability to meet its firm and interruptible service obligations, including Transporter's system requirements.
APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. This rate schedule shall apply to firm gas transportation services performed by GTN for Shipper pursuant to the executed Firm Transportation Service Agreement between GTN and Shipper. GTN shall receive from Shipper such daily quantities of gas up to the Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity as specified in the executed Firm Transportation Service Agreement between GTN and Shipper plus the required quantity of gas for fuel and line loss associated with service under this Rate Schedule FTS-1 and redeliver an amount equal to the quantity received less the required quantity of gas for fuel and line loss. This transportation service shall be firm and not subject to curtailment or interruption except as provided in the Transportation General Terms and Conditions. Firm transportation service shall be subject to all provisions of the executed Firm Transportation Service Agreement between GTN and Shipper and the applicable Transportation General Terms and Conditions.
APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE. The Park and Loan service provided under this rate schedule: (a) Shall have Park and Loan rights for specified gas quantities on dates scheduled in the PAL1 agreement for all deliveries and returns. (b) Shall, for parking service, according to the PAL1 agreement, consist of Transporter (i) establishing an agreed upon schedule for deliveries of specified gas quantities to Transporter, (ii) accepting delivery at Clay Basin of scheduled receipts into Shipper's parking account on scheduled dates; (iii) holding the quantity of parked gas delivered to Transporter, and (iv) making parked gas quantities available for return to Shipper at Clay Basin on scheduled dates. (c) Shall, for loaning service, according to the PAL1 agreement consist of Transporter (i) making loaned gas quantities available for delivery to Shipper at Clay Basin and (ii) accepting return of loaned gas from Shipper at Clay Basin.
