PARP Inhibitor Exclusivity. As partial consideration for TESARO granting to ZAI the license set forth in Section 2.1, during the Term, ZAI shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates to not, itself or in cooperation with or through others, discover, research, develop, manufacture or commercialize any PARP Inhibitor other than the Licensed Compounds and Licensed Product hereunder.
