Part C. Uninsured Motorists Coverage. Part C is amended as follows: A. Paragraph 1. of the definition of “covered person” is amended by deleting reference to “family member”. This endorsement applies only if Form 11 PA MO BU is indicated on the “Declarations” page. With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the provisions of the policy apply unless modified by the endorsement. A.
