Common use of Part F and Part G of the CCOS Network Code Clause in Contracts

Part F and Part G of the CCOS Network Code. For the purposes of this Contract, if any modifications to the CCOS or the Specified Equipment falling within the definitions of CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change in the CCOS Network Code are identified as a consequence of the operation of the Services, the process set out in Part F or Part G of the CCOS Network Code shall be followed but neither party shall be entitled to any compensation under either of those Parts as a consequence of such CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change.
