Part-time Probation Sample Clauses

The Part-time Probation clause establishes a trial period for employees who are hired to work part-time, during which their performance and suitability for the role are assessed. Its core function is to provide both parties with an opportunity to evaluate the employment arrangement before making a long-term commitment, thereby reducing the risk of unsuitable hires.
