Common use of Partial Delivery of Services Clause in Contracts

Partial Delivery of Services. If Services require delivery to multiple locations and Services delivery is delayed definitely or indefinitely due to circumstances beyond the immediate control of Licensor, as deemed in good faith by Licensor, Licensee shall pay such partial fees for those portions of the Services which are not so delayed. Partial delivery of Services, in this manner, shall not be deemed a material breach of this Agreement by Licensor.
