Common use of Partial Exercise Clause in Contracts

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.3.

The Option shall not be exercised for fractional Shares.

Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.33.03; provided, however, that each partial exercise shall be for not less than one hundred (100) shares and shall be for whole shares only.

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.3Article 3.3 hereof. However, the Option shall not be exercisable with respect to fractional shares.

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.32.3 hereof.

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.33.2; provided, however, that each partial exercise shall be for not less than one-hundred (100) shares (or the minimum installment set forth in Section 3.1, if a smaller number of shares) and shall be for whole shares only.

Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.32.3, provided, however, that each partial exercise will be for not less than 100 shares and must be for whole shares only.
