PARTIAL INVALIDITY; WAIVER. (A) If any provision of these Terms becomes void or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. Waiver of one or more provisions of these Terms by Buyer shall in no way act as a waiver of any other provision herein.
