Common use of PARTIAL INVALIDITY; WAIVER Clause in Contracts

PARTIAL INVALIDITY; WAIVER. (A) If any provision of these Terms becomes void or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. Waiver of one or more provisions of these Terms by Buyer shall in no way act as a waiver of any other provision herein. (B) No waiver by Buyer of any breach of an Order including these Terms or the granting of an extension for performance thereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
