Partial Leave: Reduced Workload with Pro-Rated Salary. Members shall be entitled to partial leave to a maximum of twelve (12) months at any time upon application by the Member and upon recommendation of the Chair/Director and upon approval of Xxxx/Administrator. Normally, the Member's responsibilities while on partial leave shall be reduced by at least one-third (1/3) with the exact terms of the reduction to be determined by the Member and the Chair/Director or the Xxxx/Administrator.
